TREATMENT SCHEDULES
- We recommend making appointments in advance to ensure the most convenient time for you, either by phone, email, or in person at the spa.
- Please arrive early enough to fill out the consultation form and relax in our aqua area.
- If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to provide the best treatment possible, depending on availability.
- Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 6 hours notice; otherwise, a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment’s value will be applied.
SPA USE CONDITIONS
- For hotel guests, we recommend using the bathrobe and slippers provided in your room, or a gymsuit for the gym.
- Our changing rooms are equipped with lockers, towels, bathrobes, and slippers for your comfort while enjoying the SPA.
- Please note that all objects kept inside the lockers or brought to the SPA are the responsibility of the client.
- Immerso SPA is not responsible for any damage or loss of valuables. However, if you have lost something in our facilities, please report it to one of our employees as soon as possible.
