A creative force of nature. For Emme, he brings what he calls Atlantic cuisine — the meeting point of sea and land.

Chef Alexandre Silva is renowned for championing Portuguese producers and creating an authorial cuisine rooted in local and seasonal ingredients. His approach combines contemporary techniques with a strong Portuguese identity, using fire as a central element of gastronomic expression.

As a consulting chef, he is responsible for creating the menu, and you can see him in action at various events throughout the year, whether at the “Alexandre Silva Convida” four-hands dinners or at the summer events “Emme on Fire.”
