ALEXANDRE SILVA

A creative force of nature. For EMME, he brings what he calls Atlantic cuisine—a fusion of Sea and Land.

As a consulting chef, he is responsible for creating the menu, and you can see him in action at various events throughout the year, whether at the “Alexandre Silva Convida” four-hands dinners or at the summer events “Emme on Fire.”

MAURÍCIO PINTO

Maurício Pinto Dynamic and a leader who runs the kitchen daily. The resident chef at EMME has deep roots in traditional Portuguese cuisine.

His proximity to and passion for the sea and organic products make Maurício the perfect chef to execute Alexandre Silva’s menu daily.

FISH FROM OUR COAST

Nearly 80% of the menu is based on fish and seafood, preferably from this stretch of coast that runs from Ericeira to Peniche and Nazaré-from the seabass of the Berlengas to the red shrimp of the coast, including ray, snapper, bream, and sea urchins.

KITCHEN GARDEN

Created on the terraces of the valley, the organic garden follows the seasons, producing vegetables, aromatic herbs, and flowers harvested daily by the chef. Beets, lettuces, or leeks are some of the products easily identified when visiting the garden.

BICA BEER

A light, fresh, and easy-to-drink beer, inspired by Ericeira and its lifestyle, with the liveliness of sea foam and the brightness of the Atlantic. An exclusive beer produced in partnership with the brewers of Vadia beer.
