Zen and the Art of the Wave brings together some of the world’s foremost surfing pioneers to show that the soul of surfing lies in the life force of the ocean. Through the eyes and reflections of some of the world’s most renowned watermen, the film explores whether the ocean is alive, whether it has a consciousness, whether time changes in the sea, whether we can become water, and how all life is made of waves and connected to them. Featuring Simon Anderson, Wayne “Rabbit” Bartholomew, Peter Cole, Mark Cunningham and many more.
